What Is The Advanced Adventurer Program?

Do you want to get out of the city and explore the local hinterland & Scenic Rim, build up your fitness to hike the mountain trails with stamina and strength and all in great company?


Our Advanced Adventurer 5 weeks  Program is a community of local and international women who love hiking, spending time in the great outdoors and connecting with like-minded ladies through activity.

If you have an epic mountain on your bucket list, but not sure where to start? Together we will find our sense of adventure. 

Program Goals: 

  • Learn to build more hiking stamina 

  • Navigation skills 

  • Wilderness first aid knowledge 

  • Be a confident hiker

  • Learn to prepare a day pack + overnight pack

  • And so much more!

1 x long distance hike

3 hard hikes 

2 overnight hikes


commit to add list  2 strength training weekly to the gym of your choice or follow our online workout at home.

attend our weekly wednesday yoga session on the GC or follow it online

What Is Arcadia Women Adventures?

Our mission is to encourage women to be inspired and empowered by adventure and connecting to the great outdoors. Our focus is to introduce you to something different, to new landscapes, new adventures, to connect with like-minded community and to have fun, with a positive vibe. Hiking allows a sense of exploration, both with yourself and the natural world around you. It gives you an opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and to know yourself on a new level.
