Gravel Bike Adventure 

5-7 May, Burnett Region, QLD

A Challenging, Nurturing Experience Awaits You. 

Nestled away in the wilderness of the Blackbutt Range, just 2hrs from Brisbane. Join us for 3 days and 2 nights for a beautiful adventure weekend.

The adventure weekend will include accommodation,4 day bike ride covering  the 131km of the Brisbane Valley Trail Rail, bike hire, shuttle bus ,breathwork workshop option, after math yoga practice and healthy hearty vegetarian meals (lunches not included).

Together we will find our sense of adventure, while meeting like minded women in a natural, pristine outdoor setting.

GRAVEL BIKE  ON THE BVTR

The main focus of the weekend, is the mountains biking on the Brisbane Valley trail rail.

We will cover a 132km ,it is approximately 6h daily, the trip is a medium easy bike ride considering the kilometres covered its  well worth it for those seeking a sense of adventure. We will traverse together many river crossings.

Your accomplishment of reaching the end will be an epic reward

This activity is beginner friendly.

The trail is well maintain and very wide.

Never done 90km bike ride daily before ? its fine , the trail is mostly a slight downhill, making the trip enjoyable. You will find yourself gazing the beautiful Australian country side while riding.

YOGA,BREATHWORK, SOUND IMMERSION AND COLD EXPOSURE

Karina is a passionate yoga teacher. The practice will suit everybody and will help you to cultivate a sense of connection to yourself, each other and the land we practice upon.

Tatiana is a Certified Breathwork Instructor, he will lead us to some breath work, to help understand our bodies better and challenge us to a short cold exposure.

HEALTHY HEARTY FOOD

food is included  will be provided for your stay with us. Including tea and coffee, snacks, breakfast,  and dinner. In keeping with the Arcadia Women adventure

culture, all meals prepared and served will be vegetarian. We will cater for dietary requirements

You will be able to purshase lunch of your liking with your own money, allowing to explore the little country town we will stop by.

 CREATIVE WORKSHOP

The passionate  Tatiana will run the creative workshop.
