The Minyon Falls is a plunge waterfall on the Repentance Creek in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, Australia. The waterfall descends more than 100 metres over the huge rhyolite cliffs which were once part of the Tweed Volcano. the Minyons falls hike is a challenging 7 km walk, we will allow 4 hours to take it all in, including a
walk down to the base of the falls and back up; After the rain the water gushes past you.
It's a very pretty interesting walk surounded by rainforest and eucalyptus forest.
It will include some scrambling or climbing and perhaps a long break along the water at the swimming hole.
Bring your swimmers if you feel adventurous..!
This hike is not for the light hearted.
This event is recommended for the confident hikers!
After this beautiful escape to the forest, we will head to Mullumbimby to buy ourselves some lunch or eat our packed lunch in the chilled ambiance of this town.
Make sure you book your hour or two at the day spa, along with this ticket to enjoy the relax balanese style Kiva spa.
An hour is $25 and totaly worth it.
