Adventure Overview
This is a beginner-friendly trail run through the beautiful Nerang National Park forest. Our goal is to complete 5 km at a relaxed pace, with plenty of breaks along the way.
Afterwards, we’ll celebrate our effort together at a local café—because every step is worth a little reward! 🏃♀️🌿☕
What to bring:
greapy running shoes and outfit
weather wear & protection: rainjacket, hat, suncreen
water minimum 1L
running bagpack or vest
jumper
snacks
insect repellant
personal first aid
