📝 What to Bring – RAW CHALLENGE 🏆

5L of water (stay hydrated!)

Lots of snacks (fuel up for the course)

Change of clothes (you’ll get muddy!)

Towel (for post-race clean-up & swim)

Arcadia shirt: ‘I Hike That’ (let me know if you need one!)

Weather protection (hat, rain jacket if needed)

Sunscreen (stay sun-safe)

Personal first aid kit (blister care, band-aids, any personal meds)


🏕️ Camping at Tati’s? Bring your tent, change of clothes, sleeping gear, BYO Drinks and an appetite for tacos! 🌮🔥


Adventure, Mud & a Well-Earned Feast! 🌮

After crushing the RAW CHALLENGE course, we’ll refuel with a celebratory lunch on the way back—because conquering obstacles deserves a feast! 🍽️🔥

If the weather’s on our side, we’ll cool off with a refreshing swim in a nearby creek before heading to Tati’s place for a relaxed evening. Think good food, great company, and a well-earned rest after an epic day! 🌿💦


Hot tip:

1.Don't exercise much 3 days prior event

  1. the day before:eat a big meal full of carb and proteins and drink hydrolite , drink lots of water

  2. eat a wholesome breakfast, such as porridge with yogurst and fruit.

  3. eat a small protein bar before the challenge

  4. have some snacks ready for the post adventure munchies & hydrolite

  5. drink lots of water the rest of the day, stay out of the sun
