About the Event

Join us for a revitalising waterfall adventure on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We’ll hike under tall eucalypts and rainforest canopy along the Kondalilla Falls & Flat Rock 9km Circuit, soaking in the sounds of nature as we make our way to the stunning rock pools.

At the waterfall, we’ll slow down, swim, unwind, and spend around 2 hours enjoying mid-morning snacks (provided for non-members). Bring your journal or a good book if you’d like to relax by the water.

After our swim and rest, we’ll hike back as a group, returning to the carpark by midday.

A beautiful morning to reconnect with nature, movement, and each other.
