Let’s celebrate an incredible year of adventures, challenges, friendships and unforgettable memories together.
Join us at Tati’s place on beautiful Tamborine Mountain for a relaxed afternoon and evening filled with shared food, music, sunshine, laughter and time with the Arcadia community.
Partners are absolutely welcome—the more, the merrier. Bring a plate and drinks to share, settle in for a BBQ and enjoy swapping stories from this year’s adventures.
Each guest should also bring an adventurous Secret Santa gift valued at no more than $20. Wear your favourite festive outfit and get ready for the unveiling of the 2027 Arcadia adventure calendar, featuring all the exciting experiences ahead.
Guests who would like to stay overnight may bring a tent and their own camping equipment. Please let Tati know in advance if you plan to camp.
The beautiful creek is only 10 minutes down the road, so bring swimwear and a towel if you would like to cool off.
Please note that pets are not permitted.

MEET YOUR GUIDE
Tatiana
Originally from France, Tatiana has called Australia home for more than 12 years. She is the founder of Arcadia Women Adventures, an experienced hiking guide and certified breathwork instructor.
Since 2019, she has created inclusive adventures where women can connect, challenge themselves and experience the restorative power of nature. Known for her warmth and generosity, Tatiana makes every participant feel supported, capable and part of the community.
She also leads environmental conservation initiatives with the Wild Mountains Environmental Centre in the Scenic Rim.

Meet the Arcadia community at Tati’s place, 144 Beacon Road, Tamborine Mountain QLD 4272, on Saturday, 19 December 2026.
The celebration begins at 3:00 pm and is scheduled to finish at approximately 7:00 pm. Guests who would like to stay overnight may bring a tent and their own camping equipment but must let Tati know in advance.
Transport and parking arrangements have not been provided. Any additional arrival, parking or access instructions will be shared with confirmed guests before the event.

Optional overnight camping is available at Tati’s place. Guests wishing to stay must notify Tati in advance and bring:
