Trip overview
Hike & Restore is our Arcadia version of a day spa , swapping treatment rooms for eucalyptus forest, flowing water, movement and a full day spent reconnecting in nature.
Our adventure takes us along the Lower Portals trail for a 7.8 km return hike through dry eucalyptus forest, with creek crossings along the way. We’ll take our time moving through the landscape, connecting with the group and enjoying the journey towards the beautiful creek waiting for us at the end.
And that is where the restore part begins.
Our reward is a magnificent natural setting with flowing water, shade and space to settle in for a few hours. Take your shoes off, find a comfortable spot beside the creek, enjoy your snacks, chat with the women around you or simply slow down and enjoy having nowhere else to be.
Pia will guide us through a Breathwork session surrounded by nature, creating an opportunity to pause, breathe and reset after our hike.
Afterwards, we’ll cool off with a refreshing swim in the creek before enjoying some more unhurried time beside the water.
This day is about moving your body without rushing, spending meaningful time outdoors and giving yourself permission to unwind. A little wild, a little restorative and very much our version of a day spa, the adventure way.
